Seats for guests and meetings
Visitor chairs sit opposite a manager's desk, around small meeting tables and in reception areas. Unlike task chairs, they usually have fixed legs or a cantilever frame and no wheels, so they stay put and look neat.
Types
- Four-leg visitor chairs: simple and sturdy, often stackable.
- Cantilever (sled) chairs: a continuous steel frame with a slight, comfortable flex.
- Mesh-back visitor chairs: breathable, modern, like our mesh-back model with armrests.
- Upholstered visitor chairs: padded seats and backs for cabins and boardrooms.
Choosing
Match the style to the executive chair in the cabin for a coordinated look, and choose a seat height that suits your desk. Two visitor chairs per manager's desk is typical. For waiting areas with many seats, linked waiting chairs are more practical.
