What makes a chair ergonomic
An ergonomic chair adjusts to the person instead of forcing the person to adjust to it. The goal is a neutral posture: feet flat, knees at about 90°, the lower back supported, shoulders relaxed and the screen at eye level. The more of these a chair can adjust to, the more people it fits.

Setting up your chair
- Raise or lower the seat until your feet are flat and thighs are level.
- Sit fully back so the lumbar support meets your lower back.
- Set the armrests so your elbows rest at about 90° at desk height.
- Adjust the headrest to support the base of your skull.
- Place the top of the screen at or just below eye level.
