Blinds for clean, controllable light

Blinds sit close to the window, take up no floor space and give precise control over light, which makes them popular in bedrooms, studies, kitchens and offices. We measure each window, supply the blind in your chosen fabric and fit it, inside the window recess or on the wall above it.

Roller blinds

A single sheet of fabric rolls onto a tube at the top. Choose blackout fabric for bedrooms, sunscreen (mesh) fabric that cuts glare and heat while keeping the view for living rooms and offices, or dimout for something in between. Roller blinds are slim, easy to clean and the most economical option.

Roman blinds

Fabric folds up into soft horizontal pleats when raised. Roman blinds give the warmth of curtains with the compactness of a blind, and can be made from almost any curtain fabric, including your own. They suit living rooms and bedrooms where you want a softer look.

Vertical and zebra blinds

Vertical blinds have slats that rotate to control light and draw to one side, ideal for wide windows and sliding doors, and common in offices. Zebra (day-night) blinds have alternating sheer and solid bands that you line up for light or privacy.

Inside or outside the recess?

Inside mounting looks neat but needs enough depth for the bracket and clearance for window handles. Outside mounting covers the whole window, blocks more light around the edges and makes small windows look bigger. We check this when we measure.
