Learn moreNew mesh and seats for chairs with good bones
On a well-built ergonomic chair, the frame and mechanism usually outlast the parts you touch: the mesh back sags or tears, and the seat foam flattens. Replacing the mesh and re-upholstering the seat gives the chair back its support for much less than a new ergonomic chair.
Mesh replacement
Torn, sagging or faded mesh is cut off the back frame and replaced with new tensioned mesh. A properly tensioned back supports your spine; a slack one lets you sink into it. Mesh is breathable, which is why it stays popular for long working hours in Hyderabad's heat.
Seat re-upholstery
When the seat feels hard or you can feel the board underneath, the foam has compressed. We replace it with high-density foam and re-cover the seat in mesh fabric, fabric or leatherette. Executive and boss chairs in leatherette that have started peeling can be re-covered the same way.
How it works
WhatsApp photos of the chair from the front and back. Mesh and upholstery work is done at our Narsingi workshop; for offices with several chairs, we collect them in batches so desks are never left empty. For mechanical problems see office chair repair.
